Recipe Development

I have worked for a number of brands and large organisations such as Channel 4 and Lancashire County Council to develop recipes. If you are looking for frugal meal, healthy treats, party food or even foraged delights I am able to meet your needs. I have duel heritage and my Indian roots influence my cookery. I spent many years living and working around the globe in addition to being a former allotment owner so I really bring international flare and traditional British produce to my recipes. With a background in social care the importance of good food for all runs deep in my veins and I have run workshops for young people living independently to help them get the most from their meals. If you would like to discuss recipe/menu development with me please email me with Recipes in the subject line to;
