Joe is starting a new job so this was the last time I would get for the guys at his work so I made a bumper batch of homemade Jaffa Cakes and Ginger nuts I thought I would share some snaps of them with you. As of next week I get to bake for a new team.......I really wish I had one of those Jaffa Cakes right now.
