Super quick ginger cheesecakes

These are a really quick cheats way to make individual deserts for people they look really impressive and take no time at all. I have not given measurements as these will vary depending on how many you want to make and how big you dishes are.

you will need;


mascarpone
ginger biscuits
butter 
crystallised ginger in syrup


method;
  1. Smash your ginger biscuits into crumbs, you can to this in a food processor for more speed or take out any frustration and anger you may have that day by bashing them with a rolling pin in a bag Melt with butter in a pan. Then press the buttery crumbs down into the bottom of your chosen dishes to form a base.
  2. In a bowl mix the mascarpone, a tiny bit of the syrup (too much will make the mix runny and it won't set), and some chopped crystallised ginger, tiny pieces work best.
  3. Put the cheesecake mix on top of your bases. Place them in the fridge and after dinner produce them, eat them, enjoy them. Job done!
