Homemade Yorkshire Pudding

This on the surface looks like a post to prove a point and after you look a little deeper you will see that yes that is all this post is. Although I am quite an accomplished cook my Yorkshire puddings have left me struggling. They are too dense, too soggy, too crisp, they don't rise, every time an issue. My close friend Pete Bull too this as a perfect opportunity to gloat as his Yorkshire puddings always turn out well. Last week I achieved the perfect pud and I am so happy to say to Pete in all my thirty something maturity, "See I told you I could do it!"
